PICO Academy
Here in you can find all the materials related to our single-cell PICO (scPICO) application that is under heavy development and is funded by the European Innovation Council (EIC) Accelerator grant under the name of PICO-NGS.

The five major steps of the scPICO workflow
- Antibody mix dispensing: Dispension of DNA-labeled antibodies into a 384-well plate.
- Single-cell isolation: Isolation and dispension of single cells into the same 384-well plate.
- Cell lysis and incubation: Lysis and overnight incubation of lysed single cells with the labeled antibodies
- dPCR amplification: Amplification of DNA labels on the antibodies.
- Data analysis: Conversion of the raw dPCR data into asolute protein concentration using AMULATOR.
scPICO presented at the CSHL Single Cell Research conference
In this poster we presented the scPICO for the first time at an international research conference. In this study, we utilized the scPICO assay to analyze 4EBP1 protein levels and its phosphorylation (p-4EBP1) in U937 single cells. scPICO assay excels in single-cell proteomics, providing absolute quantitative insights into protein research.
PICO-NGS
The PICO-NGS project aims to take the PICO technology and advance it to the next level by employing it in single cells and using next generation sequencing (NGS) for readout. PICO-NGS is the main funding behind the scPICO product development.
