Protein Interaction Analysis

Detect and quantify protein interactions from biological samples with PICO

Protein interactions are fundamental to numerous biological processes and pathways, influencing cellular functions and ultimately impacting human health. Understanding the complex network of protein interactions can provide insights into disease mechanisms and aid in the development of novel therapeutics. Research in this field has become increasingly important, with advancements in technology allowing for more comprehensive analysis of protein interactions and their role in disease. PICO can provide easy and detailed insights in the complexity of the protein interaction network.

Publication - PICO to confirm protein interaction

PICO was used to confirm the interaction between a bat influenza virus and the major histocompatibility complex class II (MHC II) human leukocyte antigen DR isotype (HLA-DR). Click here to get access to the full publication.

Please note: In this paper PICO was called Emulsion Coupling (EMUC) and the readout was performed with the Bio-Rad dPCR instrument. Since January 2022 PICO works exclusively on QIAGEN's QIAcuity Digital PCR System.
